Day 50 Progress Check-inI made it to day 50. I’m technically on Day 56 but it took me a few days to get this post ready. I wasn’t sure how far I could get when I began this journey. Like many things, I take it a day (or a few days) at a time. My initial target was 30 days but then I revised it to 75. Now I’ve moved my goal officially to 90 and I’m past the half-way point. Here are some of the details and the lessons learned.

30 Day Progress Check InI posted a few weeks ago about Andy Frisella’s 75 Hard program and how I’ve incorporated it into my own five week program. So if you’re wondering whether I kept going or gave up, wonder no more. I’m still going strong and have a lot to report.

This post is a little late as I’m actually on Day 41 now. I switched hosting providers for my blog and website unexpectedly. So I’ve focused on getting them to work rather than adding more content. You might notice a lot of special characters randomly showing up in posts. I had nearly 400 posts to fix and have gone through 50 so far.

As long as you’re not walking around in a perpetual pity party, wanting more can indicate a need for growth. In fact, I found myself in a situation this past fall where I was dissatisfied. My body was not nearly in the shape I wanted it to be in and there were other aspects of my life that needed change.
