About
About Overnight Sensation:
“It takes 20 years to become an Overnight Sensation.”
We all want to become successful and reach our goals right now. Why should we have to wait 10, 15 or even 20 years to enjoy the fruits of our labors?
Fortunately, there is something you can do about it: improve your communication skills. Effective communication – whether it’s to yourself, others or to groups – is the quickest path to getting the things in life that you want most and these are the topics that we cover in this blog.
Motivation / Communicating with Yourself:
The mind is our greatest, and most underused, tool for success. Being able to define your goals, create an action plan and motivate yourself to stay focused and persevere through the obstacles that get in your way will help you reach your goals faster.
Interpersonal Skills / Communicating with Others:
If there’s something you want, chances are there are one or more people out there that can help you get it. By creating the right relationships, clearly communicating your objectives to others and helping others get what they want; you’ll find yourself in a stronger position to achieve success.
Public Speaking / Communicating with Groups:
Since so many people fear public speaking, being able to effectively speak to groups not only gives you a competitive edge over others but presents you with a vehicle to reach out to more people at a time – a true shortcut to your goals. Plus, the skills necessary for speaking to groups are transferable to other forms of communication and the added confidence will help you succeed in other areas of your life.

Since then, James has worked with people from a variety of different backgrounds to help them become better communicators. He started by coaching people on an individual basis and then began teaching courses he developed based on his “Communicate Your Way to Success™” System.
