Another technique one may find useful if you don’t know the answer to a question is to engage to knowledge of the audience. This is a simple method which also helps bring unity to the room. By asking, “Does anyone here know the answer to that?” you are engaging the audience, in addition to having your question answered. Be sure to thank both parties once the question has been satisfied.
